Swarf and Chip Conveyors
We plan, design and manufacture conveyor installations, ranging from individual mini conveyors through to central conveyor systems depending on the amount and type of emulsion and swarf/metal chips.
The fact that swarf and metal chips are carried away continuously renders manual disposal unnecessary and therefore eliminates unproductive work time. The risk of accidents is reduced, coolant is recovered and the treated metal chips represent a valuable source of revenue.
However, AXA conveyor systems not only effectively carry away swarf/metal chips but they are also ideally suited for transporting semi-finished and finished parts.
The conveyors can be individually equipped with siphon tanks, sedimentation tanks, submerged pumps, coolant treatment installations, swarf trolleys etc. as required. Depending on the material to be conveyed, the following conveyor systems are used:
